  • 1996 – Highly Commended for courage, self restraint and professionalism regarding a violent armed offender in Launceston
  • 1997 – Promoted to Inspector
  • 2000 – Commissioner of Police’s Medal for Diligent and Ethical Service
  • 2003 – Commanders Commendation for high level planning and organisation regarding Rugby World Cup match in Launceston
  • 2008 – Queen’s Honours Award – Australian Police Medal
  • 2009 – Excellence in Policing award – one awarded annually
